    Refund Policy

    We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damage and problems
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

    If you receive damaged products, please be sure to contact us and send us a video as soon as possible. This way we can resolve the problem.

    The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
